Franck (LA Debut)
FRANCK is here for a gid time, no a long time. Club goers have said that his sets are hotter than a Greggs Steak Bake just out the oven and his tunes are harder than Blighty’s Boozers. All bants, luv yez x Franck FKA VIGILE has established himself as a key player in the electro and techno scene over the last couple of years. His debut EP release with London label Childsplay got him off to a good start, bagging a premiere with Mixmag and claiming DJ Mags Electro release of the month in their magazine. His subsequent releases garnered him more fans and helped him get his first international booking in France. The pandemic has given him time to transition into his new alias, Franck, where he has shifted his focus more towards the harder and faster style of techno. The new tracks have already received support from top DJ's such as SPFDJ, Jensen Interceptor, and OTTA to name a few and he shows no sign of stopping with a busy release schedule planned. The Scottish DJ and Producer also heads the label Carouse which has had some killer releases since its inception - notably a stand-out electro EP from Shawn Cartier and a full-throttle techno EP from Irish Duo, Riot Code. It's exciting to see what sort of damage he can bring to the club when we see them return in 2021.
Yasmin Gardezi
Yasmin Gardezi is no stranger to the Irish scene, as she headlined Electric Picnic’s Anachronica stage while also making appearances at Life, Emerge and Fuinneamh this year. Yasmin Gardezi, a native of Kerry, has been crafting her sound into a racing, energetic industrial techno set, with splashes of trance, psy, and acid. Her musical energy creates a unique style of set that takes listeners on a journey through her broad catalogue of new and old music. She is a resident of MOTZ Berlin, a techno events label and webzine run by Irish girls in Berlin, London and Ireland. An ever-present name on some of the biggest shows in the country – Life festival, Boxed Off, Electric Picnic and multiple headline club shows north, south, east and west of the island. Hotly tipped as one of Irelands ‘next big things’ Yasmin is a glimpse into what the future of Irish dance music will look like.” She has continued to be booked by the best in clubbing, including the iconic Sub Club in Glasgow, and Ireland's leading venue The Telegraph Building. Focusing on developing her own productions, she has relaunched her career with more stamina than ever as she is set to play major festival slots and shows across Ireland, Europe, and Canada. The future looks bright for this rising star.
