The 2025 edition of the world’s “largest hard techno rave” has been announced.
Last year's inaugural Verknipt ArenA event saw 40,000 people converge at Amsterdam’s Johan Cruijff ArenA, with the 10-hour event running from 9PM to 7AM.
Next year's party — the brainchild of Dutch techno promoters Verknipt — will feature a huge 360-degree stage, promising "an immersive rave that amplifies the synergy between DJs and the crowd to create an entirely new kind of rave experience".
Paul Elstak, Cynthia Spiering, Holy Priest, and Basswell, are among the artists set to play the event, which will take place on 19th July again from 9PM to 7AM at Johan Cruijff ArenA.
The Dutch party series began in 2012 and later expanded into the festival space with a yearly event in Utrecht.
“The 360-degree stage is our way of reimagining how hard techno is felt and shared. It’s designed to bring fans closer to the music and to one another, creating a powerful energy loop that pulses through everyone in the ArenA," said Verknipt co-founder Mer Hajbarati in a press release. "This setup isn’t just about doing something new — it’s about uniting people in an unforgettable, heart-pounding and dynamic celebration of sound and connection.
