PISAPIA was born on August 17, 1998 in Rome, Italy, he is a techno dj/producer. PISAPIA begins to refine its production skills and collaborates with various labels such as 9X9, Taapion, Etruria, No mercy and more. The music selection in his DJ sets is mostly techno or hardtechno.

Today Pisapia sits down with 6AM and opens up productions, future projects, and upcoming tours!!

 

Hi Pisapia! Thanks for talking to 6AM how are you doing?

Hello , thx for the interview first of all. I’m doing super great , thanks for asking. I’m living one of the best periods of my life.

 

Your DJ sets lean heavily into techno and hard techno—what drew you to these genres, and how do you keep your sets fresh and engaging for your audience? 

For me , the most important thing is to make the people having fun . I dance and move a lot during my DJ set in fact ahahah. I try always to mix various genres in fact during my DJ sets.

 

 

You've collaborated with some impressive labels like 9X9, Taapion, and Etruria—how did you first get into producing techno, and what has been your journey to working with these labels?

I started to produce music when I was really young. I produce techno , trap and then hard techno : And I’m really glad to had work with these labels and I hope to continue to do that .

 

Your new ‘Destino EP’ is dropping soon on Rave Alert—what can listeners expect from this release, and how does it reflect your evolution as a techno producer?

Destino ep is the next step for me as a producers . You can find there in fact Melodies , vocals, dubstep , hardstyle, hardcore and Hardtechno. A mix of all.

 

 

With more releases and plans on the horizon, what’s next for PISAPIA? Can you give us a sneak peek into any upcoming projects or collaborations that you’re excited about?

Soon my new merch will be out. People are already asking and in September they could see all. I’m preparing some new ep. One with one the most iconic Hardtechno producers, a big friend of mine, another ep for sure on rave alert and I’m doing a collab with an EDM duo. But now I can’t tell you more

 

You’ve got some exciting tours lined up in Australia and India—what are you most looking forward to in these upcoming gigs, and how do you prepare for such diverse crowds?

Yes, Australia, India, and another USA tour on the way. I never prepared so much myself but I prefer to see how the dance floors react to me and then in case changes something .
