Boom Merchant is back at it with his diverse Suena Bien EP, which has four techno tracks that are all perfect for peak time dance floor moments.

The tracks are bound together by abrasive hi-hats and hypnotic drum patterns, but each track has a distinctive lead sound that makes it stand out in a sea of generic techno releases.

Not scared to push boundaries and experiment with new ideas, Boom Merchant’s sound is based on a foundation of gritty drums, which he sequences into swirling loops. He ensures each of his tracks have a distinctive sound by taking samples from genres ranging from hip hop to jazz, and writes synth melodies inspired by a diverse selection of electronic music genres.

Already available in stores, this release is out on Boom Merchant’s record label Tribal Pulse, and has already received support from DJs including Hollen, Marco Bailey, and Anderson Noise.

“Suena Bien” has a trippy sound with cascading melodies, “Sparkle” has uplifting gospel vocals and a feel-good piano riff. “Fourth Wind” is an understated track with building tension, and “Red Sun Dub” has a trance riff creating twisted euphoria.
