Shadow Wulf welcomes HNTZ to the label with his debut EP “Don’t Push”. The Danish producer has been making waves since his first EP with Kellerhobel in August of 2023, “Curved Spacetime”. “Don’t Push” follows well in suit with two original tracks and two remixes from fellow Danish Shadow Wulf producers Neumann and Bendtsen.

HNTZ created the entire EP during a chaotic period of life. “Don’t Push” was developed during a case of false accusation, after which he won the subsequent case. The internal struggles and outrage were poured into the music, and the result is nothing short of a powerful techno track. The second track on the EP, “Reality” carries on with the same chaotic whirlwind of emotions. The entire release melds dark groovy beats and a little taste of the psy universe for a captivating peak time psy-techno heater. 

HNTZ hails from the small archipelago of the Faroe Islands, but has resided in Copenhagen since 2016. His production journey began in 2006, with a particular focus on psytrance. Over time he grew to prefer a slower tempo and once he discovered the universe of minimal techno in 2021 he found the genre that he wanted to stick to. The combination of both psy and minimal techno in HNTZ’s sounds has provided the perfect fusion of both his current tastes and the sounds from his musical background.
