PRIDE MONTH WITH CDLF: PROUD, RADICAL, ALIVE
COMME DANS LES FILMS is launching an open call for tracks from LGBTQIA+ and FLINTA artists
This June, to celebrate Pride Month, CDLF (COMMES DANS LES FILMS)-the queer, radical techno label founded by DJ Parfait-is spotlighting LGBTQIA+ and FLINTA identities with a series of events and releases. Expect clubs, community, creativity, and collective energy.
From June 1st to 15th, COMME DANS LES FILMS is launching an open call for tracks from LGBTQIA+ and FLINTA artists. The goal: to gather a powerful selection of original music reflecting our community's voices and resistance. The ARM THE DOLLS compilation will be released at the end of June on Bandcamp and SoundCloud.
From the label:
WE’RE LOOKING FOR PRODUCERS FOR OUR COMPILATION!
For this Pride Month, so dear to our hearts and bodies, we want to do something with you.
We’re putting together a collaborative 8-track compilation that’s 100% queer & FLINTA.
ARM THE DOLLS
That’s the name of this project — dropping at the end of June on SoundCloud & Bandcamp.
And maybe it’s time for you to send us your track
We’re looking exclusively for emerging queer and/or FLINTA artists.
No need to be signed, famous, or booked every weekend — just you, your track, your world.
Send us your unreleased music (all genres welcome) before June 15.
We’ll select 8 tracks to create the hottest compilation of the summer, together.
Rap, jersey, techno, reggaetón, shatta, dubstep, EDM, hyperpop… anything goes.
As long as it’s you, we wanna hear it.
We’re SO excited to listen.
LET'S ARM THE DOLLS!
At the end of the month, CDLF will unveil an exclusive live stream by Parfait, recorded during a secret party cele- brating the vinyl release of DOOM GENERATION, the label's first full-length album. Raw, intense, and intimate, to be released on our YouTube channel.
